I have been using Tawk for a couple of weeks now and I cant think of a feature I might need that it doesnt provide. I can set triggers with custom messages based on the page my potential and current customers visit. I can set agents and departments, It works on my Mac and iPhone beautifully, it is truly a must have for any business who wants to incorporate chat on their site!

When I started up I had some issues, I reached out to support and BAM, two seconds later a response via chat with everything I was doing wrong and how to fix it. Stellar Support! Really the support I got here is better than some applications I actually pay for :)

It also is a nice way to see your traffic as it tells you how many people visit your site each day. You can see where people are located that you are chatting with and what opperating system and browser they are using! The features really go on and on.

The people behind Tawk set out to make an application that many charge for, according to their website they offer it free "by providing live answering services for a select group of customers”. Whatever the reasons are, this program is amazing and you will love all you can do with it. It is a robust yet simple, expandable and sustainable solution for your business to offer live chat. Did I mention it is FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
